Very affordable menu offerings. Not necessarily the most nutritious menu, but certainly one of the most affordable. Feed a family of four for roughly $25-$30 after tip. Known mostly for breakfast, but it does serve food for all meals of the day. Otherwise, if you want some great homemade ice cream, this is the place you need to go to!

The best ice cream you might ever have in your life! The only downside, this place is only open seasonally. I don't remember exactly when it closes and opens, but I believe it's usually May'ish through September'ish

Zoo
A local zoo with a nice play area for young kids. It's not going to knock your socks off, as there are certainly better zoos, well...anywhere, but it's something to do nonetheless, and a pretty area.

Sightseeing
A great spot to do some (catch-and-release) fishing, or go on a wonderful nature hike through some well maintained trails cut through the woods. Or sit and relax just outside the city on a nice park bench and enjoy the view.

In the summer it's a splash pad during the day and attracts families from all around the city to run through and cool off from the summer heat. In the summer evenings on Friday's there is live music and other great events throughout the year.
