This was the first restaurant in Salt Lake to offer a 100% organic food, beer, and wine menu. Their cocktail menu is also exquisite, unique, and somewhat on the healthier side (one martini on their menu is blended with fresh kale and green juice!). All vegetarian menu and similar to Rawtopia, in that even the desserts are made with significantly healthier ingredients than most desserts at most restaurants.
