The Union Rye is a modern British restaurant and cocktail bar set in a beautiful 15th century building at the heart of Rye.
Our food is guided by the seasons and our menu is ingredient led so changes based on what we have available to us. We primarily use British produce and work with local suppliers to ensure we always source the very best ingredients we can get our hands on.
We’ve carefully selected a fantastic crop of our favourite wines from both England and across the world, as well as aperitifs and cocktails, and local beers, which we feel work wonderfully with our food offer and casual dining service.
