Public Bikes and Scooters

A great way to see the city at a different pace! For bicycles, there are Velib stations all over the city. Download the Velib app for the nearest station. There is one just outside the apartment when you turn right. A highly recommended route to cycle is along the river past the Arc du Triomphe! For scooters, there are companies such as Lime and Bird. Download the app to find your nearest scooter. Perfect for cruising along the canal to La Villette park!

Paris Visit pass

The Paris transport network is very well integrated, so with the Paris Visit Pass (1, 2, 3 or 5 days) you can access the Metro, RER Trains, Bus and Trams, all with the same card. A top tip is that you can also use this card on the Montmartre funicular! Tickets can be purchased from ticket desks and vending machines in stations. Current prices for 1/2/3/5 day passes cost €12/20/27/38 for adults and €6/10/13/19 for children. This also gives some discounts to attractions. Meanwhile the Paris Passlib passes are quite expensive and so you have to visit a lot of things to make it worthwhile!
