Spinola Bay is the centre of St. Julians offering a peaceful but bubbly environment. Great restaurants from gourmet to fast-food. Walk the beautiful promenade it takes you all the way into Sliema from where you can catch a ferry to Valletta. A short walk across Valletta you can get another ferry to the 3 cities.
