Excellent for walking (morning or evening), swimming, and surfing. There's a life guard outpost at the beach with public toilets and changing rooms in two locations (upper car and at Surf Life Saving Club). Nice spot to watch the sunset, and for children to play on the sand dunes. Very safe.
