You just need to purchase transport card that is called "Podorozhnik" at any metro station entrance hall. The best option is to pay unlimited access (1-7 days). For example, price for 7 days pass is just about 10 Euros. Taxi is also easy to use and cheap here, but please use only official taxis from Yandex Taxi application (available in English), don't agree to use taxi services from strangers (you can be charged 5 times more than it would cost with Yandex).
