Southern Ale House is just a short drive from our home. It has great food options that are sure to please everyone. The cheesecake with the strawberry sauce is to die for, so I highly recommend saving room for dessert. This is a great option for a nicer restaurant without the hassle of downtown crowds.

River is one of my favorite restaurants in town. During busy times, it is likely to be booked, so make sure to call ahead. While you are dining, check out the scenic views of the Black Warrior River.
