DIRECTIONS TO THE CABIN
From Hwy 63, turn north onto FM 2743, turn left onto FM 3373 N. Take the first left onto Black Forest Dr. Veer left onto N Bayou Village Road. Instead of turning left onto Moses St, stay straight on N. Bayou Village and you may use second or third driveway on the left. You will see the 2 green cabins and 3 white doors.
Parking Information
Access parking via N Bayou Village Rd. You are welcome to park right in front of your cabin with your boat.

CABIN AMENITIES
The cabin includes pots, pans, dishes, cups, coffee mugs, utensils, dish clothes, space heaters, linens, pillows, and light blankets for your use. The property included an outside covered patio available to all guests, an electrical outlet at your cabin entrance, and parking for trucks and boats. The cabin has a microwave, mini fridge, coffee maker and an electric stove top for your use. You’ll find a BBQ pit, little smokey grill, outdoor swing and lounge area outside, please enjoy these they are for your use!

CELL SERVICE
Cell service at the lake isn’t the best. If you are one of the many that does not get service, but you would like to check your phone, travel up to what is called ‘The Hill’, you will get service parked at the stop sign. This is at the crossing of Pinewood St and N Bayou Village.

KEYS & PROPERTY ENTRANCE
The property is accessed through a key located in the lock box on your cabin door.
The lockbox will have a unique code specifically for your use.
The week of your stay, you will receive a text message with your lockbox code to use for the entirety of your stay.
Lost or stolen keys will be reported to Airbnb and are susceptible to an additional charge.

HOUSE RULES
We ask that you treat our home with the same respect that you do your own.
-This is a non-smoking home. If you do smoke, we ask that you do so outside away from the cabin, and that you properly put out and dispose of the cigarette in the outside trash cans provided. No open flames are allowed on the property.
-Events and parties must be approved prior to booking. Additional rules may apply.
-Small dogs only. Please do not allow pets on furniture.
-When cabin is not in use, AC must be left on 75 or above.
-Every time you exit the cabin during your stay make sure the door is completely shut.

CHECK OUT INSTRUCTIONS
We hope you enjoyed your stay with us! Check out is at noon so that we have time to prepare for the next guests.
Please remember to:
remove the used white sheets from the beds and place them with the used white towels/cloths/etc in the foldable laundry basket located under the sink.
Remove your trash from the cabin trash can and place all garbage in the black trash can located outside on or near the covered patio.
Set AC on ‘Eco/Economy’ setting, fan on ‘auto’, and the temp at 80 degrees.
Return the key to the lockbox.

BBQ PIT INSTRUCTIONS
-Before you light your grill, make sure to open the vents. The
fire will need oxygen to keep going.
-Wearing protective grill gloves, use a BBQ instrument to
remove top grate from grill, place coals in a neat mound, add lighter fluid to the coals and light immediately. Charcoal is ready when they are covered with a white-gray ash.
-Never leave lit pit unattended. Never BBQ under a covered
area.
-When finished, scrub the grill grate top with wire cleaning brush, drown charcoal by pouring water over the coal and stirring. Let the pit completely cool and then dispose of ash in the trash.
