Our new favourite. Visit the neighbours Carl & Jenny. Taste everything on the menu over your holidays and grab a pint or a fresh glass of wine while you enjoy the views. Carl returned home with his Scottish wife Jenny to build and create Driftwood Surf Cafe. You won't be disappointed! Enjoy the views and the new and old of the amazing place.

This is the best fish restaurant around and our favourite restaurant. Do book ahead via the open table app as it's extremely popular. Be ready to sit looking across at the lovely Valentia where the fish is caught just outside.

Local islanders Sinéad & her brother Seán set up this tasty take away during the global pandemic. It is the best and boujee - ist take away around. Its a 20-30 drive to Valentia but its really worth it. Make a day of it and walk Bray head first, then visit the Tetrapod markings and after that the lighthouse and finish up at Cable & @ Co before returning home via Portmagee by bridge or the short ferry to Renard.

Boat trip to the Skelligs
Willie Kennedy our neighbour is the man to bring you to the Skelligs. Most tourists travel from Portmagee but the locals travel the best route with Willie straight from the Glen Pier, Caladh on the Skellig Falcon Boat. https://www.skellig-falcon.com/
