Herman Park is a beautiful place to walk, exercise,play. The outdoor Miller Theatre where shows can be free to watch. The Houston zoo is within the park. The museum district is near by with multiple museums.

There are multiple museums that are family orientated, and educational. The Natural Science Museum is my personal favorite and the just added an Egypt and Mummy section within the last 2 years!
