Minutes from the flat. This lovely little chapel is def worth the walk up the hill. Also a great spot to enjoy a stunning view of the harbour.

Ilfracombe Eating and Drinking Best Fish and Chips
Maddie’s is pretty good and is open all year. The Dolphin is probably our favourite although sadly closed in winter. The Ilfracombe fryer is also pretty good but again closed in winter. Lynbay expensive and inconsistent!

Two mins from the flat. Great family run Italian - good pizza and tiramisu. Lovely staff. Can ring and order takeaway to collect. Pizzas not huge so order some sides if you are really hungry.

Quite a bit of choice on the cafe front - the Hip (bar just down the lane opposite) also does breakfast. Best coffee is definitely The Cookery, then Skippers, then Stacc. Coffee in Life on the harbour not great…
