trail that weaves through the
Red Cliffs Recreation Area camp
ground up to a lookout point.
This is a fun trail for families,
and there are also dinosaur
tracks along the way.

payoff is well worth the 2.5 mile
trek over the twisty, sandy trail.
You'll find directions to the
trailhead with a search on Google
Maps. On your way back stop at
the small family farm/store located
along the hard-pack road for
frozen yogurt and fresh cheese.

trek over the twisty, sandy trail.

several extinct lava tubes. Take a headlamp and glow sticks, it's awesome!
