Baden and Bad Vöslau are great fly outs from Vienna, easy accessible by train.

The center is great pedestrian zone between the train station and the Grand Casino with Kurpark
passing by the Emperors House "Kaiserhaus" and other museums such as Beethovenhaus and the contemporary art museum Arnulf Rainer in a former historic Spa bath ! Where already Romans made benefit of the sulfuric, 36 degree Celsius warm healing water you find a spacious contemporary bath. I will be happy to arrange a Heurigen visit or walk in the vineyards for you.
Famous Heurigen and vine makers can also be found in Sooss, a pituresque village in the vineyards at the border to Wienerwald on the way to Bad Vöslau ( 5km). It can be walked along the waterpipe from 1880ies bringing water from the Alps to Vienna.
Bad Vöslau also holds several famous villas from the past centuries and a spectacular thermal bath with 24 degrees water temerature in several basins all jear long. The Sauna and wellnes spa is also open in winter.
Its walking distance from the train station. Several Heurigen, a castle with park and coffe Harrer with famous pasteries can be found in the center as well as a history and crafts museum next to the church on the hill.
