And if you want to venture out some more, you can hop on a train ride from the Beacon Train Station and get to New York City in just a little over an hour. The bus and train are the best ways to get around.
Hop on the Beacon Bus loop. Its free and the pick up spot is only a few steps away from the apartment. Go on to DutchessNY.gov/PublicTransit or call (845) 473-8424 for the schedule. Also, The Beacon Train station is just a 5 minute drive!
