Historic, Victorian town with abundant shopping, restaurants and activities. We like Finistere restaurant for dinner and Doc’s for a quick burger & beer. There is an excellent farmer’s market in the Uptown area on Saturday mornings (from the first Saturday in April - the 3rd Saturday in December):
https://jcfmarkets.org/saturday. In the same area is Pane d’Amore bakery with pastries and fresh bread.

You can climb the trail to the top of Mt. Walker, or you can drive up, to see an expansive view toward Seattle. Another fun walk is to the Dungeness Spit lighthouse.
