Between 10th & 11th on Fatherland is a commercial complex containing an 'incubator' for local entrepreneurial start-ups. There are restaurants and locally-owned shops with bespoke product. I believe shops have to be locally owned and operated (no chains) and sell only product either personally created or locally sourced. Getting Around

The 26 bus runs every day from here to the downtown bus depot, Music City Center. Frequency varies with the day of the week, but is generally every 40 minutes or worse. The 56 bus runs Mon - Sat from here on the same route, and is a limited stop, more frequent, bus than the 26. The frequency varies with day and time of day, but is every 15 minutes on weekdays and every 30 mins on Sat. Journey time to downtown is 15 mins. The fare is $1.70, cash only, no change. A one day pass is only worth it if you are taking 4 bus journeys that day. You can stay at our house without a car, although on Sundays you would want to coordinate with the schedule of the 26 to avoid long waits.
