Incredible food. Fresh seafood. Delicious soups. Chef and hostess worked at Inn at Little Washington and in Carmel, CA before moving home to open their dream restaurant - it's our dream too!

Private neighborhood with friendly neighbors

Our home is part of a private neighborhood known as the Freeport Home Owners Association. Our neighbors are friendly, welcoming, and laid back. It is a quiet street on weekdays and becomes a little more lively on weekends as many residents use their homes on weekends and holidays.

Neighborhood (Freeport Landing) boat ramp

There is a boat ramp at the end of Freeport Rd (VA-673). To get there from the house, just follow Roane Ave back to Freeport Rd and take a left where Roane meets Freeport. Follow Freeport Rd down to the water (there is a barn with farm animals on your right) where the road turns to gravel and wraps around a oak tree. The ramp is at 10 o'clock relative to the tree. The owner of the property just asks for a small ($5) donation to maintain the dock for neighbors. You can follow the shoreline back up to Pinewood Social. You can dock at the end of the pier. The ave. of low/hi depth is 3 ft.
