On the second day I suggest to visit the Hippodamian city, with its Cardi and Decumani. Passing through via Duomo, where you can see the Cathedral of San Gennaro, reach Via dei Tribunali and the entrance of Napoli Sotteranea at Piazza San Gaetano (due to Covid you will need to book you visit). It's an underground path really interesting. They will show you how the city grew on itself. After the visit meander through the city's small lanes and choose the street food you prefer. There is plenty of choise.
