Sightseeing
It is worth packing a picnic, putting on your walking shoes and heading up the Union Rock Boardwalk Trail. There is easy access from the village. No need to bring a car. Head out onto the main road from our house, through the front entrance (driveway). Turn left, and walk over the bridge heading into the village. Take the first right after the chip shop (on the right) and follow the signs.

Fishing
This is a great spot in the Summer months to watch the salmon leap. You don’t have to be a member of the club to walk in and around the river. It’s lovely to go and sit with a book along the river bank. All year round you can enjoy watching the Herron, swans and other native wildlife.

Dine Out in the Village
Tempo Cafe offers a tasty breakfast and lunch menu. Once a month the chef runs a Supper Club, with booking required. Tempo is a short stroll across the river.
