12th avenue has a lot of great spots along it, Alga Brewery, The Magnolia, Ozone’s pizza a comic book shop etc. Bay View park is also a nice place to go for recreation. Going for jogs in this neighborhood is super nice too since there’s many other joggers and bike riders to keep you motivated!
