Seven Glaciers offers excellent food, service, and views. Perched on Mount Alyeska in Girdwood it's a short tram ride (tram cost included if reservations made) to the restaurant and a spectacular view of Turnagain Arm.
It is approximately a 50-minute drive to Alyeska from downtown Anchorage. Prices are on the spendy side, but worth the expense and trip.

Nice town with great fishing and spectacular views. One of our favorite places to visit, and the scenery on the drive is incredible. Approx. 6 hour drive from Anchorage.
