A Parajdi-Sóhát Erdély egyik leglátványosabb természeti ritkasága. A 60 hektáron elterülõ természetvédelmi terület, Parajdtól dél-nyugatra elhelyezkedõ 576 méter magas Sós-hegyen található. A Só-szoros lényegében a Korond-patak szurdokvölgye, a Sóhát délnyugati részén terül el. Itt a patak átvágta a sóhegyet és a felszínre került sósziklák hófehér csipkéket hagytak maguk mögött. E patak mentén, a szurdokvölgyben épült ki a tanösvény.
The Salt Mountain from Praid is one of the most interesting attractions of Transylvania. This geological reserve, which covers 66 ha of land, lies on the south-western part of Praid bath resort, at 576 meters above sea level. Because of the Corund brook crossing over the salt mountain, the white salt cliff laces and the steep walls were created resulting in a unique landscape, very interesting to visit. The educational trail was built along this stream in the gorge valley.

A levegő erősen ionizált, rendkívül hatékony a légúti betegségek kezelésében.
