Possibly our favourite restaurant in the Scottish Borders. Located nearby in Gattonside, The Hoebridge serves delicious food and has an excellent wine selection. Kyle (maitre d') and Hamish (head chef) run this place impeccably and are excellent hosts. Make sure to call ahead for availability!

Sightseeing
Lindean Loch is about 7 miles from The Burrow on the road to Selkirk. If you want a place for a relaxing, fresh-water swim, to paddle board or have a stroll this is the perfect spot. The best spot to enter the water is at the old boathouse - this is a short walk, clockwise round the loch from the car park.
