Father Troy’s Trail
An historic path which connects Torbay and Flatrock, this Trail is a fairly recent addition to the East Coast Trail. The Father Troy Trail travels along the edge of Torbay’s magnificent coastline, where lucky explorers can see whales frolicking in the bay, observe icebergs in early summer or just enjoy the natural beauty of the area. This Trail offers an unforgettable experience for both the novice and the expert, alike. For the avid hiker, the Father Troy’ Trail continues into the East Coast Trail. 8.7 KM (one way), 2 to 4 hours.

This beautiful trail connects Torbay with Middle Cove. It is 2.4 KM in length and takes 1-2 hours to complete (one way). It has amazing ocean vistas, bring your camera! This trail is rates as easy so it is ideal for the novice hiker. Access in Torbay is at the trail head located on Motion Drive.
