Although we are not strictly a Dim Sum restaurant, we follow the Dim Sum style of eating; lots of small dishes that are shared amongst the table. All our meat is free range and sourced from our local Butchers and our fish is sourced from Soleshare, bringing sustainably caught fish direct to us from the fishermen themselves.
