Food scene

One of our go-tos. They take reservations and consistently serve great food at a reasonable price.

Big restaurant with nights of live music. We think the food is pretty good, the ambiance is ok. Check out the Ponderosa Social Club next door. It's got a Bucci vibe, bowling and pool tables. Catch a drink here.

Hike with bear spray at your hip for easy access

It's common and recommended that when you hike anywhere in MT, that you carry bear spray at the ready (not in your backpack that you would need to get out). *You are not allowed to bring bear spray on the airplane (checked or carry-on). It is easy to purchase almost anywhere, but we also have some you may use while there. It's in the laundry room in one of the containers. I also attach a "bear bell" to my backpack to help alert my appearance. Restaurants get quite busy in Bozeman, so I always recommend making a reservation or call ahead if possible.
