Walk the way up that park. If it's sunny it's a nice place to have a picnic, or take some beers with that view. Of course Turkish people maybe will have tea there hehe

Tips about supermarkets!
The cheapeast and big turkish supermarkets are Sok (my fav) A101, Bim , KIM (not the cheapest but perfect for fresh vegetables) For good wines and any alcohol the best is MIGROS or CARREFOUR ( in Turkish supermarkets you won’t find alcohol and also in some migros jet either, there’s one in Trump Tower and in Cevahir close to home) be careful buying alcohol in Tekkel (local shops for alcohol) sometimes they sell fake drinks.

Basic Turkish!
Hello - Merhaba
Please - Lütfen
Thanks - Teşekkürler
yes / no - evet / hayir
Excuse me / I'm sorry - pardon (yes! like in French)
Have a good day! - İyi Günler
Water - su
Toilet - tuvalet
Mosque - Cami
Where is it....? - NEREDE...?
Where is the Mosque? - cami nerede?
To ask if there's is or if they have something (the basic way)
çorba (soup) VAR?
If there is, they will say "var / evet, var" or "yok / hayir "if not.
How much - Ne kadar (You can use it to ask how much something cost and if they say it, most probably, they are asking you how much you want of something)
