Great easy walk around a year round stream. Area is closed May-October as a watering hole for bighorn sheep. You can get to the beginning of Coyote Canyon with 2WD but will need 4WD to cross the stream and continue into the canyon

Day-use passes can be purchased for $10 a person at the front desk of the hotel. The pool is very large and never crowded. Great way to spend a hot desert afternoon.
