Main Transportation To Manhattan or “The City”
One of the most frequently asked questions is “how close are you to the city”? Well if you are going to Central Park, the average train commute will be 45 mins to an hour. The Express Bus to Manhattan can take you there within 22-40 mins depending on traffic. Car/Uber/Lyft will take you there between 18-30 mins depending on traffic.
However, the NYC Ferry is a unique way to get to Manhattan and since there is no traffic, and barely any delays, the ferry can take you to the city between 15-45 minutes depending on where in Manhattan you wish to go. The best part about the ferry is that it is only $2.75 to ride.

Plenty of spots to eat, shop, and explore scenery in general. The Shops is less than a 5 min walk and is accessible to most busses towards the MTA subways.
