FORT MORGAN is an old Civil War era fort that protected Mobile Bay. There is also a ferry that goes across Mobile Bay to Dauphin Island. There is a neat little aquarium on Dauphin Island as well. A fun day trip that I like to do is to take the Ferry across Mobile Bay and spend a little time at the aquarium and then drive up to Mobile and head to the USS Alabama at Battleship Park. From there, head back across the bay bridge on Interstate 10 to the Foley Beach Express an

FORT MORGAN is an old Civil War era fort that protected Mobile Bay. There is also a ferry that goes across Mobile Bay to Dauphin Island. There is a neat little aquarium on Dauphin Island as well.
