Mexican Restaurant we recommend. It is located in the neighborhood of NE Mississippi street which also is a strip of Portland that has many great food options, shops and breweries. I personally love the food and especially their Margarita's!

Named after the Southern Thai City of Hat Yai near the Malaysian border, Hat Yai was inspired by the streetside fried chicken vendors and small curry and roti shops in Southern Thailand. This place is delicious but be careful, it can be spicy so if you are not into that be sure to let the server know. Also it is close to the house. They have several locations now but the one closest to us is on NE Killingsworth street.
