"El Puerto" downtown area is a must visit while in Puerto Morelos. Enjoy the beautiful beach, buy local handcrafts and eat in their delicious restaurants.
For breakfast go to Lola y Moya, El Nicho or Mangata.
For dinner recommendations it really depends on your stay. Here some of my favorites ;)

Kin-Ha includes 2 cenotes, one is open and the other is "closed" (cave type).

This open cenote is actually the warmest cenote I have visited, so if you do not like very cold water this may be a good option ;)
