It’s just a 15 minute stroll from The Salty Groyne, through the tree lined avenues of the Sea Estate, to our nearest supermarket - Waitrose, in Rustington village. If you prefer to drive there, rather than go on foot, there is a large, free carpark at the rear of the shop.

On East Preston beach, the Salt kiosk serves drinks, smoothies, ice creams and homemade bakes - open subject to the weather but most days during the summer, it’s a very relaxed spot to sit, where you can soak up the seaside views. Only a 20 minute stroll eastwards from the end of our lane.
