Time at the beach
Porthleven Beach is a 5-10 minute walk from Warren Close. It is a sand and shingle beach with rockpools to explore and beautiful coastal views to take in. The renowned reef break makes it a popular beach with experienced surfers. For the less seasoned surfers and swimmers, there is an RNLI lifeguard from 9th July to 4th September to offer peace of mind. It's quick and easy to nip into the village for refreshments or a comfort break!

Sightseeing
This is a fantastic scenic woodland trail, perfect for dog walkers, cyclists, and hikers. You can take a circular 3 mile route around the lake, shorter routes back into Porthleven, or a detour into Helston. My favourite part is having a moment's rest at the strip of sand between Loepool and the sea - pure tranquillity!
