If planning is not your thing, there's a cozy and nice bar and restaurant street by Mariatorget which is called Swedenborgsgatan, but there’s also a lot of liveliness on Hornsgatan.

There aren’t that many rooftop bars in this city but there’s one just across the water on the south side of Söder. You can even take the boat there, from Barnägsbryggan (5 mins walk) to Luma. The bar is on the 28th floor and has great views.

One of the best places for cocktails. They win prices all the time. Not that it's a bad thing at all, they deserve it. According to a friend, one must absolutely drink "beets" while there.
