Take a hike, literally. One of the most famous places in San Diego County to take a picture is Potato Chip Rock. Go prepared with proper shoes, sunscreen, and plenty of water. A moderate hike but will take a couple hours with little shade. You'll know when you've arrived at the turnaround point because the Potato chip is the very end.
