Transportation

We highly recommend renting a car during your stay. Rideshares such as Uber and Lyft are available but limited in this area. Additionally, they may have difficulty finding the house and require careful directions. There is a W.W. Taxi company as well.

Local Lakes

Watauga, Boone and South Holston. Watauga is our favorite, clear cold blue green water. Rent a pontoon boat or visit one of the many swimming areas. Boone lake is warmer and more residential with multiple lake side restaurants. Visit the south Holston dam for amazing views.
