The cottage, located just outside of the city of Hayward, offers a close location to the Birkie Trail, ATV trails, and snowmobile trails. The property can easily accommodate ATV, snowmobile, and boat trailers. ATVs and snowmobiles can unload at the cottage and go directly to the trails from there.
There are many local lakes to be enjoyed.

Round Lake - 8.5 miles
Nelson Lake - 4.5 miles
Smith Lake - 7 miles
We are 7 miles to the Seven Winds Casino and 7.5 miles to Big Fish Golf Course.
