Float down the Stoney Creek into Lake Michigan
Take a lazy river tubing trip from Stoney Lake creek to Lake Michigan. You can either spot yourself at W Garfield RD or take the 20 minute walk with your tubes back to the rental house. Tubes can be brought on your own or bought/rented at the Stoney Lake Market.

Knoll Park
There is great fishing and a small public swimming area at Knoll Park just a few minutes from the house. Great for little ones if the waves on the big lake are too much! There is a public parking lot.

Stoney Creek channel swimming
The beach where you come out from the tubing trip is a public beach. This is where Stoney Creek meets Lake Michigan is a great place for kids to play and swim in. This is at the end of W Garfield Rd.
