The 12-mile Muskegon Lakeshore Trail travels along the southern shore of Muskegon Lake from Pere Marquette beach to North Muskegon. Spend an afternoon on this series of paved paths and elevated boardwalks and you'll see why Muskegon is one of Michigan's top tourist destinations. The trail offers stunning views of Lake Michigan and Muskegon Lake as it travels among the dunes and through several parks and marinas along the way.

The park also has a open-air amphitheater which host concerts in the summer months. Shuffleboard courts are available and have become a great gathering place for seniors. Restrooms are also available.
