This Lebanese food is so good. The atmosphere can be dead at times, but the staff (family owned, I believe) is very sweet and usually chatty.

I love Indian cuisine, and I think the food here is outstanding. Moderately price and pretty roomy inside. The Chicken Tikka Masala plate is my absolute favorite.

This place has awesome Swedish breakfast. It's on the smaller side, and can have a wait, but worth the trip if you like lefse, or just good breakfast in general.

Probably my favorite happy hour spot in the neighborhood. The food is just amazing, and the staff is great. If you can get a spot at the bar, chat it up with Kurt the bartender – he's awesome.

The view from the park outside is one of the best in the city – a perfect shot of downtown Portland with Mt. Hood in the background. Great in the evening. Trail access to the mansion from our house.
