Located 3,152 meters high in the eastern hills , Monserrate is in charge of guarding the city. He can be reached by foot or cable car. At the top there's a church, but most of all, it's the best place to get a view of the whole city.

Sometimes they do some awesome Laser Shows. I've seen Pink Floyd's "Dark Side of the Moon" and "The Wall". Need to check out Led Zepellin.

Together with other pottery, stone, shell, wood and textile archaeological objects, these items, made of what to indigenous cultures was a sacred metal, testify to the life and thought of different societies which inhabited what is now known as Colombia before the conquest of the Spanish.
