Moody Park, just half a block up the street, has a little something for everyone. Sit under the century old chestnut trees and contemplate life. Go for a jog when the playing fields are quiet or pick up a tennis racket and play a game. Or how about lawn bowling or a dip in the public pool.

New Westminster is the oldest town on the west coast of Canada. Even before Vancouver grew up it was a bustling hub of activity. Columbia Street was called the Golden Mile because women came there to buy the latest Paris fashions. Many of the old building that were built after the great fire in the 1890's still remain.
