Beautiful waterfalls, a 20 minute drive from Raglan, plus a short walk to the top of the waterfall with the option to walk the steps all the way to the bottom or half-way viewpoints.

At a 20 minute drive from Raglan down the coast, partly over a gravel road, you'll find this amazing lookout right at the car park. Recommended at sunset! There's also a track up the mountain as well as down into the gorge.

Rent a kayak or paddle board to visit Raglan's very own pancake rocks! Interesting layered rock formations located on the other side of the estuary.
There are a number of operators in Raglan who can sort you out with equipment hire or fully guided tours.
Given that Raglan’s estuary is tidal, it’s always worth paying attention to tidal flows. You’ll also want to check the weather, especially the wind direction and strength.
