The restaurants are incredible. One of our favorite things there is the Brussel Sprouts appetizer at The Foundry Grill Restaurant. It's also just an amazing place to bike, hike, ski, and walk the trails to the waterfall in the summer. It's only 15 minutes away, up the canyon.
