Sightseeing
The Duke statue commemorates Duke K. bringing surfing as a sport to Australia. The park is on a great lookout point in Freshwater, with full view all the way to Manly beach and if you look the other direction, Curl Curl beach. Bring a picnic!

Parks & Nature
Beautiful little beach, less crowded than Manly. Great spot for surfing, beginner or advanced. There's a pool on the north end, free and great for laps. Cafe Calm and Pilu Kiosk to get your caffeine fix. Walk up the steps on the south side to get to the top of Queenscliff and then you can walk down the Queenscliff steps to get to Manly beach.
