Great hikes, easy too difficult. Check out a local guidebook for specific trails. We love the Waipo'o Falls trail, which winds along the edge of Waimea Canyon, ending up at the upper waterfall with a swimming pool at its base. Awesome!

Take the short tour at the Kauai Coffee plantation store and view the video to see all the details of coffee growing and processing. Buy some freshly ground coffee! My favorite is the Mundo Novo variety--very smooth and deep flavor. Make it strong--you won't be sorry!
