Considered to be the "Best State Park in the US" and "Grand Canyon of the East". Amazingly beautiful waterfalls, hiking along the 30 mile long gorge. Our favorite, default place to go when wanting to be in a scenic area. About 50 minutes from our house.

If you wish to venture further away, Ithaca is a wonderful small city with great restaurants, the home of Cornell University and Ithaca College. Just outside of town is Buttermilk Falls, another gem of a great hiking gorge.
