Great for an evening stroll or bike ride, Lake Como offers picturesque views and many opportunities for recreation. Enjoy the lake from a paddle boat, kayak, canoe or take your fishing pole out on the pier and try your patience. Grab a bite to eat before you catch a community show at the Pavillion.

My favorites are the Miracle of Birth building, the Lumberjack Show, the Llama Costume-Contest and the Art Show. The nightly concerts I. The grandstand are always pretty rocking, too!
As for food, the porkchop-on-a-stick really is worth standing in line for, the scotch eggs are my favorite, and you can’t forget Sweet Martha’s cookies. Just don’t eat them all before you’ve made it to the free all-you-can-drink milk station.

The green curry is incredible. The green beans? To die for! And don’t get me started on the curry chicken fried rice.

For everyday grocery needs, this humble little store carries a curated selection of all the basics with Good, Better, Best options to choose from. The fresh produce and meat counter rival the best shops in town. And the unusual candy selection by the checkout will surely tempt your sweet tooth.

Snow turns this parkland into a groomed XC ski trail that is perfect for enjoying crisp Minnesota winter days.
